More time for the coaching that matters.

Great coaching happens in the relationships, the decisions, and the moments with a team. Too often, it gets crowded out by the practice plan, the late-night parent email, the travel spreadsheet, and the hundred details that keep a program moving.

Pro Coach Studio exists to give middle school and high school coaches time back for the work only they can do. We build practical tools that help coaches and athletic directors plan, communicate, and stay organized without replacing their judgment or asking them to adopt a complicated new system.

What We Believe

Coaches need time, not another system to manage. The product should fit the real work: create something useful quickly, adjust it for a specific team, and share it in the format a program already uses.
The tools should do the busywork, not the coaching. Our AI drafts, plans, and organizes; the coach still makes every call about their team. Every result is a starting point to shape, not an answer to accept blindly.
Programs work better when coaches and ADs have a clear, consistent way to operate. Thoughtful planning, reliable communication, and simple visibility should support a program without turning coaching into surveillance.
Student privacy and safe communication are foundational. We build for the responsibility that comes with working with young athletes, not around it.
Software for coaches should be judged by hours saved on a Tuesday night, not feature count. If a tool does not save real time or improve a real decision, it does not belong in the product.

Who We're Building For

We're building specifically for coaching professionals at the high school and middle school level — the coaches most likely to be doing this job as one of several roles, without a full athletic department's worth of support behind them.

Where We Are Today

We're a new company, and this product is still early. That means the tool set above will keep changing as we learn what actually saves coaches time versus what just sounds useful. We'd rather ship a small set of tools that genuinely work than a long list that don't. If there's a tool you wish existed, we want to hear about it.
